Question:

Answers: Egg noodles--what comfort food. And versatile. Aside from "fixing them" with meat, such as in a casserole, you can try them as a side. I'll only take up time and space for one--a favorite.

1) Tossed hot with butter or olive oil, parm cheese and jalepeno juice (or minced jalepenos or green pepper juice or....). (I "created" this with angel hair pasta, but when I had only egg noodles, it was heaven.) And once they've been treated with butter/olive oil, you can use the rest (without the cheese and other ingredients) to mix with browned sausage or ground beef and sauteed onions/peppers, or with ricotta and sauce, or tuna casserole, or..... You could cook them with some butter and parsley...or with a white sauce or cheesy sauce. chicken and noodles, beef and noodles, buttered noodles,... use the same as noodles with eggs... cook and use a pre-made alfredo sauce... . Chicken and Mushroom Saute... It is my husbands and my favorite meal. you can look it up at campbellsoup.ca, search chicken and cream of mushroom soup... if you're not picky about onions and mushrooms it's definately a MUST TRY

<3 you can make beef stroganoff....or chicken noodle soup....
or a chicken noodle casserole. lots of good recipes on the net especially on allrecipes.com ----Get some ground meat, i can of stewed tomatoes, brown your meat, pour off grease, cook noodles til tender, mix all together, put grated cheese on top, you got a good meal.----Get some ham, can of cream of mushroom soup, frozen veg [ your choice] cut your ham in bite size pieces, cook your noodles, put ham & noodles together, remove soup from can, into noodles & ham, put a little milk in can to clean it out & pour this also over noodle & ham, mix all together and you got a good meal. Hope this helps.I have alot of easy recipes to share.so why not connect to me? My favorite is cottage cheee and bacon stirred in. First brown the bacon crumble it and add it to the cooked needles with a 1/2 cup cottage cheese, sprinke a bit of the bacon grease on top!! defeats the purpose of the no yolk but it's gooodddd!!!
If you're cutting back on transfats, try ground almonds and a bit of honey drizzled on top. delicious. i have made a tuna noodle casserole with them just add 2 cans tuna 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and veggies. cover and bake for about 45 min. on 350 in the oven. its great I made a meal with them last night, the kids loved it ,even the neighbors kids begged to stay for dinner.
