I need a good intense flavor for grilled pork chops?

Answers: You need to try this one.
Finely chop a red chilli and add to two tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Spread over the pork chops and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Grill or barbecue chops until cooked basting once or twice with the honey mix.

It really is good. Bigpathome Try a raspberry chipotle marinade. You can find it in most grocery stores and it's soooo good with pork! Put a tablespoon of apple butter (not apple sauce) on top of each one during the last two minutes of grilling. Serve with the apple butter remaining atop the chop. Try a lemon-herb marinade. This is one of my favorite for grilled pork chops.

Southwestern Rub
Flavor goes from ordinary to extraordinary when you grill with a rub. Chicken, pork and beef will never be the same.

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (chicken, pork, beef) or 2 1/2 pounds 1/2-inch-thick pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes but no longer than 24 hours. Grill meat as desired.

Garlic and Orange Marinated Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops about 1-2 inches thick
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Directions
Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve chops immediately My hubby uses yellow mustard. He brushes it on them before grilling or frying. It is surprisingly yummy.
If frying in pan, use the run off, mix with a flour water mixture and turn it into a gravy. Very good. Crust them with coarse freshly ground gourmet peppercorn blend and kosher or sea salt.

Bert This is awesome on anything and you don't have to put it on skewers. I use it on whole pieces of fish, chicken, or pork, enjoy!

Spicy Cajun Grilled Shrimp, Fish, Pork, or Chicken

1/3 cup soy sauce or Kikoman Teriyaki Marinade
? cup virgin olive oil
1 to 5 tbs cajun seasoning mix (without salt), depending on how hot you like it
? cup sesame oil
? cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbs fresh ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp tabasco
32 large fresh uncooked shrimp (no shells, with or without tails and de-veined)
Bamboo skewers (1 for about 5 shrimp)

Add shrimp to marinade for 20-30 minutes. Soak skewers in water. When shrimp is ready put on skewers and barbeque on high heat for about 2 minutes per side.

This is an excellent marinade for fish and chicken, you can cook whole and omit the skewers and grill or make kabobs. there are grilled salts in the grocery stores garlic and sage!
