Answers: A cheddar cheese sauce for the potatoes and veggie, just a little butter and garlic for the shrimp. use a marinade on the shrimp, that way you might not need sauce. or you can double the marinade as a sauce. go to the fish counter at your supermarket. they always have tons of pre made sauces and marinades. any seafood one would work, but try something with lemon. it always works well with shrimp. Fresh minced garlic sauteed in Butter. Add some parsley at end. Potatoes-- Butter or margarine
Shrimp-- cocktail sauce made with ketchup and red horseradish.
Caulifour/broccoli--sauce made with melted butter or margarine,lemon juice and tsp or less of breadcrumbs.
I prefer to make my own sauces as they are very simple and made on the spot in 5 minutes, especially in a microwave for the lemon-butter sauce. Tartare or Thousand Islands would be good. bbq sauce will keep the shrimp nice when you cook them and it's also good as a gravy for the potatoes.
