Greek vinaigrette or balsamic vinaigrette -- should I use?
I have purdue chicken legs and a pound of italian sausage. I also have a bottle of greek vinaigrette and a bottle of balsamic vinaigrette - can I use either of these on either of meats I have? how? will they taste good....
Answers: You can marinate the chicken with either of them but the Italian Sausage is already flavored. I wouldn't use them on the sausage. The chicken would taste great if you put some of either vinaigrette and some spices in a ziplock bag and let the chicken marinate for about an hour. I think the balsamic would go better with the italian sausage.
