Pork Ribs!!!!?!

Question:

Pork Ribs!!!!?

Im after a way to cook pork spare ribs so that they are nice and juicy instead of dry and flavourless. I bought them from the butcher and they're already marinated so all i gotta do is cook em. Either on the bbq or in the oven ill be happy to do i just wanna know the timing, temp and if i need to wrap them up to keep the sauce

Answers: I do mine in the oven then the grill (weather permitting, of course), but sometimes I just don't want to deal with the charcoal and the back and forth to the BBQ (I keep it away from the house so we don't get smoked out)

Remove them from the marinade, pat them dry with paper towels and then cut them into manageable pieces (about 4 rib sections) and place them in an ovenproof baking dish (think: a 9X13 clear Pyrex dish, borrow one from a neighbor if you don't have one) add your BBQ sauce of your choice and cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in a 250-275F degree oven for 5-6 hours (AND RESIST THE TEMPTATION, THEY'LL BE JUST FINE) If you open the foil, you won't get as good a seal, and you want them to "steam-bake"........if you like them with a bit of a crust, after you're done with the baking of them, run them under the broiler (with your wrist tied to the oven door so you CAN'T walk away) and watch them carefully till they're as crispy as you like........Enjoy!!!

I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu......... You wrap them in foil and put them on the bbq and you keep checking them till there readt maybe about an 1 hour or so If I were you I would put them in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours and they will turn out juicy and delicious. Cook them at a slow temp like 225-250 for about five hours. When their done place them under a broiler to give them a good sear and to seal in the juices. Then place on your fave sauce and bake for about ten minutes and enjoy! In the oven, slow and at a low temperature (say low 200s for 4-5 hours). You can cover them for most of the time. if you cook them on the grill i suggest smoking them with the water method they will be tender and juicy...a good website link is below.
if you want to cook them in the oven...place them on a rack in a shallow pan with a 1/2 inch water in it. make a tent over the ribs. that way any grease will drip off and not ruin your sauce. bake on 250-300 degrees for 4-5 hours
