Cook noodles. Saute onion & bell pepper. Mix sauted onion and bell pepper with tuna; place noodles in baking dish; place tuna & vegetables (onion, bell pepper, peas) mix over it; cover with mushroom soup; bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until bubbly. If you like, you can melt cheese on top. The whole thing from prep to end is about 1 hour, and not that many ingredients involved. buy canned chili beans [plain] and fresh hambruger, onions and a package of chili mix
cook up hambruger and onions and add to chil beans add some garlic bread and shredded cheese for the top and you are ready to go A package of frozen meatballs and a container of your favorite BBQ sauce. Throw them in a crock pot and take to the party.

Red Potatoes (each one cut into 6 pieces)
Red and Green Bell Peppers (cut into chunks)
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
Olive Oil
Sliced Onion

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato pieces and bell pepper pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the mixture on a cookie sheet and place the sheet in your preheated oven. After about 18 minutes, add the sliced onion to the cookie sheet. Return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes (onion cooks a lot faster, that's why it's added late in the game).

Remove from cookie sheet and mix in a casserole dish. Very yummy and super easy.

Sounds bland based on the ingredients but remember that potatoes, bell peppers, and onions all have lots of natural flavor...no need to add all kinds of extra flavors. Just salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Green Bean Casserole my fall back recipe is always a bean dip.
7 layer is everyones favorite and easy.
take a large can of refried beans, mix with a taco seasoning packet. spread on the bottom of a glass (clear) dish.
spread guacumole as next layer, then sour cream, then salsa, cheese, olives and tomatoes. Or use whatever you like. I often leave out the guac because not everyone likes it. Sometimes I add green onions or whatever I feel like.

I also often do another bean dip.
Mix large can (or 2) of refried beans with packet of taco mix. Add about 1/2 c or 1 c of salsa per can of beans as well as 2 handfuls of grated cheese. Put this in a serving bowl and microwave til bubbly when ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro or tomatoes, or whatever.

Serve either with tortilla chips ; ) Pot luck.Bring a green salad with side items to add if they want.Olives,cheese,pickles,cho... onions, and diced tomatoes.Quick and easy.Don't forget a bottle of Ranch....
