Answers: You could make roasted chicken if you have other vegetables even though it can take 2-3 hours or so for it to fully cook, or if you have any sauce like BBQ and hot sauce you could make hot wings and have some celery and ranch even though i myself don't like it like that and you can add the potatos by mashing them and frying them or if they're whole you can make potato wedges, with some sour cream, onions, and scallions for a dipping sauce. depends if your not afraid to use your hands then make buffalo strips
but if you are sorta looking for a nice casual dinner then do garlic chicken
i love garlic chickin though
good luck! This is a fun question. Umm... lets see, if you wanna keep it simple just bread the chicken up and add a side of veggies. Fry them up .. add some seasons, a nice pair is rosemary , and thyme.. Make a gravy with the drippings, and veggy for the side. take the chicken and clean it then put it in a baking dish season with salt pepper and seasoning salt pour a can of cream of mushroom over it which you have mixed in a bowl with milk put foil over it and bake on 350.If the potatoes dont have to be mashed dice them and put them in with the chicken to cook. id take the garlic chicken right now. how bout some tuna nachos? those are actually really good. get some tortilla chips and some chicken of the sea tuna(in water) and some mayo but dont put any egg in it. just drain the water from the can of tuna and season it with spicy seasoning (heavily) and make some salsa and mix it with the tuna and put it over the chips then sprinkle cheese over it and some jalepenos. its good and easy to make and healthier than regular nachos with the beef and stuff in it Have you ever used Shake and Bake? I make my own. Crush up some saltines, Ritz crackers, corn flakes, whatever you have. Salt and pepper the mix, and put it in a brown paper bag. Dip the breasts in milk, and drop into the bag. Close the top and shake. Arrange the breasts on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 F oven. Start making the mashed potatoes. When they're boiling, check the breasts. It depends on the temp of the oven, but it could take 30 to 45 minutes to bake. Drain the spuds and mash.

Don't know how to break this to you, but you're hubby's going to want to watch the Cubs/Cardinals playoff game while he eats tonight. this looks good
