Guess it's getting too late here. I better get to bed soon! I have had crawfish in the freezer longer than that before and they were just fine It really just depends how you put them up. If you peeled them and put them straight in the freezer in good thick bags and kept them frozen. If so then I don't see a problem in you using them

From Texas Cooperative Extension
Crawfish Cook only live crawfish. Do not keep
in shell 6 months airtight. To prolong freezer storage,
tail meat (cooked) 3-5 days 6 months remove fat to prevent rancidity.

nfd? They'll be good until a week, as long as the seafood is not contaminated. The temperature must be really cold. First, check for freezer burn (dry patches). Freezer burn won't harm them but it can affect the taste and texture. Then take a couple out to thaw and take a whiff of them. Do they smell fishy? Are they kinda slimy? Then out them. Otherwise, use them within a couple days. If they were vacuum packed they will be good up to a year. If they were packed in there own fat they will be good. Otherwise you can tell if you cook them and they are a bit chewy they may have been in the freezer too long. By a bit chewy means they are freezer burnt or water logged.
