Recipe for "No Bake" Cheesecake please?
Answers: my own recipe for super easy no bake cheesecake
3 (8 ounce) boxes soft cream cheese
1 can eagle brand milk
1 small tub cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
with mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth- add milk and whip until smooth again
add 1/2 of tub of cool whip and fold in by hand
pour into pie shell
cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours
cut with knife dipped in hot water
serve with more cool whip (and canned fruit pie filling if desired) on top No Bake Cheesecake
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick? Pure Vanilla Extract
OR 4 teaspoons McCormick? French Vanilla Blend
1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared graham cracker or vanilla crumb crust (6 ounces)
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended and smooth.
2. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh strawberries or serve with Easy Strawberry Sauce (recipe follows), if desired. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Easy Strawberry Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup strawberry jam with 1/4 teaspoon McCormick? Pure Vanilla Extract or McCormick? Pure Almond Extract.
No-Bake Cheesecake Tarts: Prepare cheesecake filling as directed. Use 12 graham cracker tart crusts in place of the crumb crust. Fill each with 1/3 cup filling. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Makes 12 servings. This is one I have used for years and is very easy and very good. You can also substitute the fat and sugarfree products, canned skim milk, and light cool whip for a light diet variety with onlly about 25 calories each serving.
NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
1 graham cracker crust
Sm. pkg. lemon pudding
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk(12 oz can)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk, then add cream cheese. Cream together. Add Cool Whip. Mix well and pour into pie crust. refrigerate for 2 hours.
Variation:
Use vanilla pudding top with cherry pie filling.
Or, use chocolate pudding, top with shaved semi sweet chocolate This isn't exactly cheese cake, but it is nobake and our family likes it.
Lemon Ice Box Pie
Serve up this easy pie straight from the fridge for a delicious summer treat everyone will enjoy. Lemonade mix gives it a fruity kick.

Ingredients:
1 large box sugar free vanilla pudding
1 tub of Crystal Light Lemonade
2 cups of 1% or 2% milk
1 large fat free or sugar free Cool Whip
1 low fat graham cracker crusts
Method
Mix Crystal Light and pudding mix together.
Add milk.
Add 2/3 of the Cool Whip and mix with pudding mixture.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
Chill.

No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
11 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust, below
more whipped topping or whipped cream for topping
shaved milk chocolate, optional
PREPARATION:
Melt chocolate chips over low heat in saucepan or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth and melted. Set aside to cool. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. On low speed blend in the melted chocolate
Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon cheese chocolate filling mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and chill until firm. Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate, if desired.

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 pints seasonal berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries
Directions:
1. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon extract, and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
2. Spoon and smooth mixture over graham cracker crust; refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. Arrange berries on top of pie. No Bake Cheesecake
1 Package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 16oz tub of Cool Whip
1 8inch Graham Cracker Crust
Use a mixer to beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until throughouly mixed, then slowly mix in the cool whip. Spoon into crust and refrigerate 2-3 hours or until desired firmness.
You can also change it up with a half cup of creamy peanut butter to make a fantastic peanut butter pie. I usually use a chocolate graham cracker crust, then garnish the top with crumbled reese cups and drizzled chocolate syrup for a more professional look.
