I made grape jelly w/o pecin before. If you make it from the grape it has enough natural pectin to jell but I cooked it to almost a candy state. :(

I made grape jelly w/o pecin before. If you make it from the grape it has enough natural pectin to jell but I cooked it to almost a candy state. :( Heat it up and stir in a small amount of water to de-concentrate it. mash it up more Pectin is the solidifying agent that's going to give you the jelly texture. Did you use gelatin instead?

I would heat it up, add water/grape juice to it and hope to get it to the correct consistency.

Good luck.
