You eat breakfast without eating lunch.or u eat lunch without eating breakfast .which is good to do .


Answers: It's important to eat a good breakfast to start the day. Not just because Kellogg's tells you to but because you need to break the fast from the previous nights meal. Hence, breakfast. A good breakfast with plenty of protein jumpstarts your day and your brain. It's also gets your metabolism going. If you skip any meal, make sure breakfast is NOT the option. neither but if you have to make a choice eat breakfast! that's the best way to start the day!! if you have a busy day ahead, like school or work, then eat breakfast without lunch. but if you have no plans at all, then eating lunch without breakfast is better. neither. I would make brunch. that way you would have lunch and breakfast. always eat breakfast to start your day!!!!!!!!!!!!! Depends, if your goal is to loose weight then eat breakfast (and try not to eat too much for dinner since you skipped lunch you'll be hungry...)Studies have shown that people on diets who ate breakfast lost more weight than those who skipped it. Personally I never eat breakfast but that's because I'm never hungry in the mornings and I can't force myself to eat just because it is good for me. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, i will have breakfast and skip my lunch, one way to keep my weight check. Eat breakfast without lunch
