Simple cheese cake recipe please?
Answers: digestive biscuits crushed & mixed with bit of melted butter. for the base.
a couple of tubs of philedelphia soft cheese.
3/4 eggs
add flavour (bit of lemon juice is nice) & icing sugar mixed in.
bake on low /med heat for about one hour .
leave in tin to cool, then put in fridge.
top with whipped cream and dusting of cocoa or icing

Apricot cheesecake
100g/3?oz cream cheese
100ml/3?fl oz double cream, whipped
50g/1?oz Greek yoghurt
25g/1oz icing sugar
? lemon, juice only
100g/3?oz ready-made ginger cake, broken into pieces
8 tinned apricot halves, drained and dried with kitchen paper
Method
1. Place the cream cheese, double cream, yoghurt, icing sugar and lemon juice into a large bowl and mix together well.
2. Place a 15cm/6in chefs' ring in the centre of a large plate and add the ginger cake, pressing in firmly to form a base.
3. Add the cream mixture, to cover, and flatten with a palette knife to form a smooth topping layer.
4. Arrange the apricot halves on top, round-side facing up.
5. To serve, carefully apply heat from a mini-blowtorch to the sides of the chefs' ring and lift away to reveal the cheesecake. SIMPLE CHEESE CAKE
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
3 jumbo eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat with mixer 2 or 3 minutes or mix in food processor.
CRUST:
15 to 20 vanilla wafers
3 to 4 tbsp. soft butter
3 tbsp. sugar
Mix vanilla wafers in food processor. Add butter and sugar. Press in 8-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour cheese mixture into partially baked crust and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. try this
VERY SIMPLE CHEESECAKE
*24 oz. cream cheese
*1 tsp. vanilla
*1 c. sugar
*4 eggs
TOPPING:
*1 pt. sour cream
*1 tbsp. sugar
*1 tsp. vanilla
Beat above 15 to 20 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into springform 9 inch pan that has been buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. For topping, return to oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.

EASY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PUDDING PIE
*graham cracker crust
*chocolate pudding (sugar free, fat free)
cheesecake pudding (sugar free, fat free)
4 cups milk
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine 2 cups cold milk with chocolate pudding; mix for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, stir 2 cups cold milk with cheesecake pudding; mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Remove cover from a store bought graham cracker crust and pour the chocolate pudding mix into pie shell.
Next, pour cheesecake pudding mixture over chocolate pudding.
Cover with the plastic cover that comes with the pie shell and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Banana Rum Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. thawed Cool Whip?
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 peeled, sliced banana
Creamy Caramel Sauce
Directions
Combine contents of Packet 1 with cream cheese; blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Line bottom of pie crust with banana slices; top with cream cheese mixture. Chill, covered, 2 hours. Drizzle warmed Creamy Caramel Sauce over pie; sprinkle with crumbs from Packet 2. Makes 6-8 servings.

2 EGGS
2 TSP VANILLA.
BEAT CREAM CHEESE WITH SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND FLUFFY. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME. ADD VANILLA.
POUR INTO PREPARED GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. THE CENTER WILL BE ALMOST 'SET'.(SLIGHT JIGGLE).

1/3 CUP FROZEN (BUT THAWED) APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE. AFTER BAKING, BUT BEFORE SERVING, DRIZZLE WITH CARMEL ICE CREAM TOPPING AND CHOPPED PEANUTS.
INSTEAD OF GRANUALTED SUGAR, USE BROWN SUGAR, ADD 1/2 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS AND 1 TABLESPOON PUMPKIN PIE SPICE. GREAT FOR THE UPCOMING HOLIDAYS.
