Azuka, you crack me up sometimes. I always enjoy your answer. (even when I don't choose them as best) Highlighting or underlining an item online is a method used by authors to help attract Search Engine "spiders," eg Google. It improves the ability of these "spiders" to find and prioritise their article, hence approving their rating with the SE and the volume of their traffic. Underlining can also sometimes denote a "link" to another page or site. perhaps the underlined ingredients can be replaced with another, or the ones with no underline? Not sure, whats the recipe? If something is underlined in a recipe, it means that the item is very important, so don't substitute! MEASURE! I've never noticed that with the recipes I've looked up. But usually if something is highlighted or underlined you can click on it to get more information about that ingredient. Then it may say it can be substituted or something. Just a possibility. It is an evil trick by none other than Newt Gingrich, prince of dusk. The underlined items, as ALL underlined items on your pc have no meaning at all. It is designed to drive thoughtful citizens who question the practices of our government insane and to distract them all at the same time.

Cheers.
