Biscuits Pizza Quesadillas

4 whole wheat tortillas
1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup pasta sauce
6 slices vegetarian pepperoni, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
Place tortillas on a flat surface. Use 3/4 cup of the cheese to sprinkle on one half of each of the tortillas. Top the cheese on each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of pizza/pasta sauce. Equally divide pepperoni and place pepperoni on top of sauce. Sprinkle last 1/2 cup of cheese on top of pepperoni on each of the tortillas. Fold tortilla over, pressing lightly. Having a small amount of cheese on both the bottom and top of the tortilla will help it remain closed once cheese is melted. Place olive oil in the bottom of a non stick skillet over medium heat. Place two quesadillas at a time in the skillet. Brown quesadillas lightly on each side. Allow to cool slightly and cut each quesadilla into 3–4 triangles. Tater tot casserole good way to sneak veggies in your kids meal
Ground beef or turkey some people use sausage and then put it in a deep dish then put in any kind of frozen veggies on top, then 1-2 cans depending how much your making, of cream of chicken soup spread evenly on top then the tater tots I usually line then up nice and neatly that way they cook properly. 350 for about hour just so the veggies and taters can get cooked. My 2 year old love this meal I have a whole bunch more. If you have near by book store you might want to pick up a few books that have easy and healthy recipes Like Bisquick impossibly easy pies for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert and there is others to like 6 ingredients or less I love that cook book very easy stuff.
