Question:

If there is one thing that I don't cook well, I would have to say it would be _____?

Cakes or anything that has to be baked. I am terrible at baking.

Answers: simple as it may be. I never can get my brownies like my Mother use to make. I sure miss her! eggs - I know, one of the easiest things to cook I am horrible at grilled cheese sandwiches! Some people can make them soo perfect, but mine always turn out soggy! Ewww! Good question! You get a star! :) ? meringues! They always start to dissolve/ooze after a few hours and turn my pies soggy. well i know i am no expert at cooking but as long as i read a recipe..really good... then I'm okay.Except for jello i don't know why but i suck terribly at that.. I'm with you - baking is definitely my weak point. I would give my eye teeth to be able to make a pie from scratch just like my mamaw used to......... eggs-over easy or medium. I always break the yolks. Hi Changemelord,

I can't for the life of me do pie crusts-have tried for many years. My little sister however makes the best pie crusts around. I have spent lots of time with her but whenever I get home it never comes even close. Have a good weekend. :0)
Additional Details: now my little sister & I make a bunch then I freeze them for my strawberry-rhubarb pies that always turn out perfectly with exceptional crust. i am horrible at the more inexpensive cuts of beef that can be used for all sorts of tasty stuff. mine ALWAYS get too tough ! I tried making roasted asparagus in the oven and i left it in way to long and it petrified and shrunk down to barbie doll food. it was way to funny and my husband still gives me a hard time about that one...
