Question:

Its a chicken pasta and chilli tomatoes dish but at the mo very tasty but too hot! How do I numb it down a bit!

Answers: mix tomatoe sauce in .hope this helps. Toss a potato in there for about 20 minutes to catch the heat and then remove it.
if it's still too hot try putting a spoonful of plain yogurt in the pot and stirring it. Try adding a tin of tomatoes, or even a squirt of tomato puree.

EDIT:If all else fails, bung a couple of loo rolls in the fridge for the morning. You can thank me later.;o) Couple of potatoes in it maybe?? Works with salt in stuff so might do Try adding a little sugar, yogurt or sour cream. put two teaspoon of sugar.. Coconut would help but I'm not sure what it would do to the taste. Maybe add some fresh cream instead. some people like to add some cheese to it, something which you can sprinkle all over like parmaham..
either that or scrap the sauce off Serve it with tons of Cheez-Its!! Add a large potato and then take it out and discard it when the heat has been taken out or you could add yoghurt to it. put rice in the textile bag. put the bag in the pan and let it boil for a while. rice will abserve some spice. take it out after
good luck! Milk or cream. It might just be a case of eating as much as you dare. Add sour cream to it. Sour cream minimizes the "hot" in most spicy foods i think natural yoghurt might help but i'm no jamie oliver..lol sugar, tomato juice add some water and more tomatoes. lol sorry. Add more tomatoe paste. Try adding a few drops of lemon juice, you'll still get the flavour of the chili but without the heat. A bit of natural yogurt Cream normally cools it down. ice Coconut milk Add some whole milk. If it gets too runny and still is too spicy, you'll have to throw it out and start over.
