1 to 2 boxes Dressing or stuffing
2 bags of frozen veggies
2 lbs of meat or poultry choice
2 to 3 cans, cream of soup mix, choice
I use cream of broccoli
Cover with mashed potatoes
and one bag shredded cheese for topping.

Pre-cook meat, thaw veggies, and pre-make ingredients. Then layer, starting from first ingredient then down. Bake for 30-45, depending on the size of portion and pan. Comes out wonderful, Hope you try it, ENJOY!

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and bean 'bed'. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Chicken Tortilla Casserole. There are a million variations out there, but it has been my favorite since childhood when my mom used to make it on Halloween to fill us up before we succumbed to candy fever. I use green salsa, but it works with red, too.

A layer of cooked rice, then cooked chicken ( I often cook with curry powder, steamed broccoli, two cans of cream of celery soup mixed with about a quarter cup of milk spread over the layers, then top with cheddar cheese and curry powder generously spread... 2 lbs ground meat (beef or turkey usually)
1/2 c chopped onion
16 oz bag frozed mixed veggies
2 T flour
water
2 T worcestershire sauce
mashed potaotes

cook the ground meat and onion until done. mix in the flour and cook for a minute, then put in water (start with 1/2 c or so) to make a sauce on it. mix in worcestershire and veggies. put in baking dish, top with potatoes, and bake at 350o for about 30 minutes Potato Corn Pie. My Mom came up with this and my kids LOVE it, especially with barbeque chicken on the side.

10 medium sized white or yellow potatoes
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp mustard
grated cheese (roughly 2 cups and a little extra to sprinkle on top).

1) Peel and boil potatoes until soft.
2) Mash potatoes with hand masher.
3) Add cheese, eggs, butter, mustard and corn.
4) Combine with potato.
5) Butter a casserole dish and spoon potato mixture in.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
7) With 15 mins left to go in baking time, sprinkle cheese on top and put back into oven to finish baking.
8) Let stand about 10 mins before cutting.

Enjoy...it's delicious! this is a new favorite of my husband's and mine - Turkey /Sweet potato Shepherds Pie. Brown ground turkey, onion and mix with peas and carrots, top with mashed sweet potatoes and shredded cheddar on top. Heat through in the oven. Awesome - much better than I thought it would be. 10 Pcs. Chicken (legs & thighs)
1.5 C sliced mushrooms
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
1.5 Pts. sour cream
1.5 Pkgs. Pepperidge Farm Dressing
1.5 Sticks melted butter

Cook, bone and dice chicken, mix with mushroom soup and sour cream add mushrooms. Place this into a large casseole dish. Mix dressing with the melted butter and pour over the top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. chicken or tuna casserole
ingredients:
1 bag of noodles (any kind)
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of canned chicken or tuna
4 slices of American cheese or one inch chunk of Velveeta
shredded cheese to put on top
splash of milk
couple dashes of pepper (make sure to taste)
directions
cook noodles like regular, while noodles are cooking mix soup(with just a splash of milk) and chicken or tuna in bowl and microwave for 2 mins,then add cheese cook for additional two minutes, add pepper stir, drain noodles, mix sauce and noodles together, dump int o casserole pan spread out cover top in cheese and bake at 375 for 20 or 30 minutes
(or make un - assembled casserole just make everything but keep it separate so each person can decide how much sauce they want)

Tater tot casserole
ingredients
1 lb of turkey
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
half of a onion (optional)
1 bag of tater tots
spread turkey in bottom of casserole dish, microwave onions with a splash of water till soft, add on top, mix soups together spread over the onions, spread cheese over the soups, spread the tater tots over the cheese
bake at 350 for 30 - 40 mins Hungarian Veal Goulash With Dumplings

(I use beef rather than veal and dice it myself - I find that the diced beef you get at the supermarket/butcher usually makes awful casserole!)

Ingredients (serves 4)

* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1kg diced veal
* 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
* 1 1/2 cups beef stock
* 2 tablespoons tomato paste
* 2 tablespoons brown vinegar

Dumplings
* 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
* 1/2 cup plain flour
* 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
* 3/4 cup milk
* 60g butter, melted and cooled

Method

1. Heat oil in a heavy-based flameproof casserole dish over high heat. Cook veal, in batches, for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned. Remove to a plate.
2. Add onion, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to dish. Cook for 2 minutes. Add stock, tomato paste and vinegar. Stir until well-combined. Bring to the boil.
3. Preheat oven to 200°C. Return veal to dish. Cover and place in oven for 1 hour.
4. To make dumplings: Sift flours into a bowl. Stir in parsley. Make a well in the centre and pour in milk and butter. Stir to form a soft dough. Roll into 12 rounds. After 1 hour, remove casserole from oven. Place dough over meat. Cover and cook for a further 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
