Answers: Actually impossible to answer. Depends on who makes it. The hottest curries I have had have all been green. The reds have been variable. Green Thai curry made with fresh green chiles rather than dried has been about the hottest. Probably because they used LOTS of fresh chiles. Red Thai Curry paste is "Red Hot" (no punn intended)
However Indian Curry is the Hottest of the Green Curry.
I am not sure which you would find the hottest they use different types of (hot).
So for some the "Red" might seem the hottest
To another "Indian" might seem hotter.
