Also love mashed potatoes and a baked potato with some butter, sour cream and chives. This is the best!!! Made it yesterday for breakfast - but you can make it for lunch or dinner too!!!

4 potatoes
1 kielbasa
Fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

First peel the potatoes and wash. Then slice in half long way and cut into thin half moons. Slice the kielbasa (it's sausage).

On medium heat, drizzle some olive oil into a large skillet and throw in your potatoes. Make sure to coat all the potatoes. Add your kielbasa and rosemary. You can find rosemary in your garden if you have it or at the market. It's super fragrant and delicious! A little goes a long way if you are not an herb person so I would put in about on sprig- the little petals plucked from stem. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover. Let cove for about 25-30 min. Stick a fork through a potato to see that it is cooked and your ready to eat!!! It is absolutely yummy!!!
