does anyone have a good bannana recipe they
would share ?


Answers: I love Banana cream pie.
Make a favorite crust
Bake it for 15 minutes in oven. until golden
Take it out of oven and set aside
In the meantime, make a custard, slice bananas into cooled pie crust, pour custard over bananas.
spoon cool whip over slices when serving.
Canned whipping cream is very good over each slice.
You can always prepare real whipped cream if you like.

3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
4 bananas, sliced
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Add milk in gradually while stirring gently. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbly. Keep stirring and cook for about 2 more minutes, and then remove from the burner.
Stir a small quantity of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks, and immediately add egg yolk mixture to the rest of the hot mixture. Cook for 2 more minutes; remember to keep stirring. Remove the mixture from the stove, and add butter and vanilla. Stir until the whole thing has a smooth consistency.
Slice bananas into the cooled baked pastry shell. Top with pudding mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes. Chill for an hour "This is a very versatile and fast cake recipe. Not only is it moist and delicious, the same batter can be used to make banana bread and muffins. Delicious frosted with chocolate or cream cheese frosting."

chocolate banana cake
Frost this cake with your favorite frosting.
ingredients:
* 1/2 cup margarine, softened
* 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 1/2 cups mashed, ripe bananas
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

PREPARATION:
Cream margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly after each. Stir in the cooled melted chocolate. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the batter alternately with the mashed bananas; stir in vanilla.

Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until cake tests done. Frost with a fluffy white frosting. you can put a few bananas in a food processor and pulse them to make a type of "banana sauce". you can spread it over just about anything if you want a good snack. and its healthier than most other sweet spreads like nutella. Banana Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed very overripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350°.

Lightly grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.

In large bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.

In separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.

Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick
inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.

Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. They are really good dipped in melted chocolate and then frozen...yum. perhaps on a tree Banana Shake

2 frozen banana
6 frozen ripe strawberries
1 cup of milk
1 scoop of malted milk powder

blend in a blender at my job our cook makes these banana dogs, she put's peanutbutter on a hot dog bun and puts a banana in the middle with chocolate syrup. everybody eats them In a small skillet- put a small amount of butter. Peel your banana and place in pan. Spinkle brown sugar on them and lightly brown. Flip and lightly brown other side. That's it! They are easy and amazing! To make it special place them on a white plate and drizzle a little chocolate sauce around them!
