I created a recipe that people love. I brown ground beef in a large frying pan; drain off the fat. Add one can stewed mexican style tomatos, one can of tomato sauce, add chili powder (quite a bit), garlic powder, salt & pepper and simmer. In the meantime, boil some pasta (I like wagon wheel pasta) in boiling salted water until cooked. Drain pasta. Add pasta to sauce and mix thoroughly. Add one can drained kernel corn and one small can drained whole black olives. Mix together and pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted (about 20 minutes) Serve and enjoy
Veal Parmigiano
Bracciole (a stuffed, rolled flank steak, cooked in red sauce)

Each of these can be served with whatever pasta you like. I prefer angel hair, but that is just me.
