i make an easy salad with apple chunks, pecan or walnut chopped pieces, sliced celery and marachino cherries. the dressing is a little dash of cherry juice, little mayo and milk. let sit approx 5 mins before serving;.
I love walnuts and sweet cranberries as toppings add some chicken and balsamic vinaigrette and you have a great healthy salad. Yum!
