What DO you like on your butter?!

Question: I like to whip the butter up with parsley, chives, or/and garlic let it sit for a while and serve it with french bread, mashed potatoes, or backed potatos. I love whipped butter so much, sometimes I just put it on crackers.

LOL I remember those days of going through a ton of butter over a week's span. Now I use very little... not to save money, but to keep it healthier. In fact, for myself, only Smart Balance. For special dishes, holidays, baking, company... it's butter. For the rare dish, I might mix butter with olive oil as a compromise. Or if we're treating ourselves to king crab legs or Maine lobster, which is usually a special occasion anyway, it would be butter.
