i would put in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan, with about 1/4 inch plain water, cover with tin foil, sealing around the edges to keep the steam in, then heat in a low temp oven, about 300 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (or until you can tell it has warmed through)
Just don't do it - its not worth the risk.
Either for microwave or oven heating, take the chicken out of the fridge (of course you should have kept it properly covered to avoid drying from the fridge), let it reach room temp and then spread some water over it with your hands. Let it absorb it for 5 mins and then repeat the procedure. Place the chicken in the oven at medium-high temp and repeat the spreading of water one or two times during heating, and always keep an eye on it so that when it reaches the desired temperature you can take it out and avoid unnecessary re heating.
You can also put some soft butter on the chicke skin with your fingers or using a brush.
It will keep the humidity on the skin and it will also give a great taste to your chicken, to make something different. You can add chopped herbs or garlic to this butter to make it even better.
