I buy my Christmas puddings half price in January, with about 18 months of shelf life left. Sometimes they last till the following Christmas!
yes, christmas pudding is still christmas pudding, even if you don't actually eat it at christmas. I'm quite jealous...i love xmas pudding...especially with lots of brandy butter! Its a shame i only have it a few times a year...oh well i guess it makes it more exciting hehe
