I'm about to bake a chicken breast to take to work for lunch, how do i make sure it is moist (stays moist)!

Question: when i bake it. thanks.

Answers: when i bake it. thanks.
Try this. Make a foil pouch, put a chicken breast in there, with some veggies of your choice, add some butter, and any seasoning you want. Try putting a few lemon slices on top. Cook slowly and then just poor the juices, chicken, and veggies into a plastic container when its done.
really should use the thigh it has alot more juice, but i wrap it in foil and bake it keeps all the juices in.
coat it with cooking oil before and during baking. It will help to lock in the juice of the chicken.
Your breast won't take that long to get to the 165 degree mark, about 40-45 minutes at 350. Seer it first in a hot skillet on both sides, about 2 minutes per, then bake. In the future to attain moist poultry soak it in buttermilk over-nite.
