I have seen pumpkin mixes but if you can't find one why not take a spice cake mix and add canned pumpkin instead of the water. maybe not. Type pumpkin cake in your web search and see what you get. I tried it, you get all kinds of recipes but not from a mix they do look good .I think I'll make one.
im not sure if your after pumpkin pie or pumpkin cake, but if your after the cake, do what i do, and get a vanilla cake mix and mix it up as it says in the instructions, but before you do, cut a small pumpkin, in to pieces, and boil in boiling water with a pinch of sugar. i noticed that if i didnt the pumpkin was salty. once cooked, drain and mash , then add to the cake mix. make sure you do tis asap, as if you add the cake mix and the hot pumpkin, the cake mix will curdle, and cake will start going sloppy, and become very wet.
add a bit of cream if you want it to be extra moist,
once cake is cooked, cool and then ice with a vanilla icing
to make vanilla icing, add enogh icing sugar with 1 tspn vanilla ess.
the end result, beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!
