just chuck in all the SPICE!!!!!!!!
Sweet red peppers
an onion
Tinned tomatoes
garlic clove
fresh red chillies

Just chop all the above as fine as you like it & add as many fresh chillies as you want with lots of freshly ground black pepper.Heat in a pan til all the veg are fairly soft (add a little oil),leave to cool if using as a dip or serve over freshly cooked pasta.Enjoy!
I add tomatoes (peeled & diced)
onion, hot peppers, celery, bell peppers, mustard seed, oil, salt, pepper and wine vinegar, all to taste.

Good Luck!! Enjoy!!
