Answers: Healthy breakfast smoothie recipe preferably
Best smoothie for breakfast and many people seem to love it as much. Hope you like it, too.

1 cup pomegranate juice or blueberry juice (any deep colored juice) 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt 1/2 package extra soft silken tofu or 2 scoops powdered soy protein concentrate 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (we like a mix of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) 1 1/2 cups raw spinach

1. Place ingredients in order of appearance in a blender.
2. Blend on high for 1 minute.
3. Enjoy!
Low fat vanilla ice cream(4tbsp), honey (2 tablespoons), bananas (chopped), half cup of milk and blend baby blend....mmmm...yummy!
Smoothies are so easy and so good I try to always use a banana as the base because they are sweet put a banana and any i mean any other fruit, yogurt 1/4 to1/2 cup 100% fruit juce 1/4 to 1/2 cup and about 4 or 5 icecubes put in blender and enjoy bannanas and blueberries are my favorite if the blueberries are fresh picked I pick them fresh then freeze a whole bunch so they last a long time you can use any kind of yogurt but plain yogurt is the best for you you can get fat free the plain yogurt really takes away from the sweetness so i add raw honey i have a smoothie about everyday I buy powdered multivitanins and minerals and put them in and you can't even taste them and the powdered vitamins seem to work a lot better You can also put nutritional or brewers yeast in them you really cant go wrong as long as you have these basic ingredients fruit, yogurt, juice, and ice be creative it gets really fun Today i had a bannana, apple, nutrional yeast, plain yogurt, honey, and ice smoothie and it was so good and sweet. Way better than tropical smoothie you can go to pickyourown.org to find where you can get fresh fruit and veggies in your area too!
I put a cup of vanilla yogurt, honey (optional), frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.), milk, and occassionally a scoop of ice cream/frozen yogurt.
