Who has good crock pot/ slow cooker recipes?!

Question: Like many of you, I'm a working mom on a tight schedule. I love to cook, but some nights I'd love to just come home to dinner without stopping at the local fast food joint or other take-out solutions.

I love coming home to the smells of dinner cooking but am running low on recipes for my crock pot.

What are some good recipes that I can throw in the crock pot before I leave for work that will be done after about 9+ hours?

Cambell's soup has a slow cooker recipe book that is fantastic.

My favorite and easy thing to make in the slow cooker is chicken tacos. Take about 4-6 chicken breast and a large jar of salsa (enough to cover the chicken) and that's it. My slow cooker has 4,8 and 10 hour settings. I find that any of them work. The chicken is easy to shred, just pop it into a taco shell with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and you're done. I usually will heat up a can of beans and sometimes make Mexican rice. My husband love to make burritos out of the left overs.

Here's an easy one that my family likes. But it is usually done in 7 hours.

Pineapple Cranberry Pork Roast

3 lb boneless pork loin roast
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 (8 oz) bag dried cranberries

Rub the pork roast on all sides with salt and pepper, and place in a slow cooker.
Pour in the pineapple chunks and juice, and sprinkle in the cranberries.
Cover and cook 7 hours on Low.
Be sure to let the meat rest before slicing.

I like to serve this with rice.
check out allrecipes.com they have a lot of good ones that i have used.
I have this in my crockpot right now. A corned beef brisket, the seasoning packet, 4 cups of water, a beer (use more water if you don't want the beer), a quartered red onion, 2 quartered potatoes, a lot of minced jarred garlic, and a few bay leaves. Sock it on high for as long as your crockpot can cook and it will be so tender. And leftovers are great for making a hash the next day.
