I love my mother's take on the traditional green bean casserole. None of us would touch mushrooms, so she uses cheddar cheese soup instead.

1 can french cut green beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Durkee french fried onions

Mix the beans, soup and small handful of onions and put in a casserole dish. Cover the top with more of the onions and bake for about 30 minutes or until it's bubbly and a little brown on the top.

If you're serving more than 4 or 5 people, double the recipe.

I can't wait for Thanksgiving!!
these REALLY good "cheesy" potatoes my mom makes for a side dish at dinner are really good!!! you use hash browns, cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, and cheese!!! for the full recipe, email me!
