Is it ok to freeze pumkin pie?!

Question: I'm a retired baker..our bakery used to freeze pumpkin pies before they were baked-off....place a piece of wax paper cut in a circle over the filling making sure there are no gaps, then wrap the entire pie in plastic wrap or place in a freezer bag-remove as much air as possible...it will keep for as long as six months....slowly peel off wax paper of while frozen and place frozen in pre-heated oven to bake....you will have to add a few extra minutes in bake time....good luck

yes you can but not for a long time.
ya for weeks but not months
if you do be sure to rid the wrap of as much air as you can. this will keep fresh longer frozen
Yes as long as you freeze it before you bake it....
sure, if it's wrapped up & sealed good. i've done it. i wouldn't freeze it for 6 months or anything, but a couple would be ok.
yes freeze
