Snack Ideas?!


Question: Any ideas on a snack that could possibly make me not hungry anymore? I've been eating ALL DAY, and still can't 'quench' my hunger.

Your body tells your brain that your hungry and thirsty with the same feeling. Try drinking a glass of water. Wait 2 to 5 min. then you can usually feel if that was what you needed, or if you we're really hungry. If it goes on. I recomend pancakes and eggs it always fills me up.
popcorn and cereal will make you full
Banana w/ peanut butter and a big glass of milk. Very filling and somewhat healthy!!!

You'll have to undo the top button of your pants you'll be so full!
eat two hamburgers and I bet you'll be so full you cant move! I do this often, but I can only eat one and a half!

well first off... are u actully "hungry"? or r u 1 of those people that eat cuz their sad all day??? if its really just eating, just eat bread or noodles... those things fill u up good... but are full of carbz
Instead of eating.. Try drinking a large glass of water. Sometimes it is just what you need. You may want to put lemon in the water at times the citrus will help with the nibbles. However if you are snacking due to a craving you will need to figure out what it is your body needs before the craving will stop.. Good luck..
Try drinking a large glass of water before eating. Whenever snacking, try keeping it to healthy snacks, that way, the snacking isn't so bad. Also, you might want to try vitamins. Your body is lacking something which is why you are hungry. Try the water though, that will fill you up. It can also be a mental thing. You have to convince yourself you are full.
