Olive Oil and a little Montreal Steak Seasoning or just salt and pepper... 5 minutes on each side in a skillet
Find some Hendrickson's marinade and soak it overnight.
All you need is some sea-salt and fresh cracked pepper. That's what the better steak houses use.

Spoon Tender Round Steak
by southern chef in louisiana
I call this spoon tender because its so tender you can cut it with a spoon. This makes great tomato gravy while it cooks and is great served over rice. Sometimes I will add carrots, bell pepper, and fresh mushrooms to the pot.
3 lbs round steaks, cut into medium size chunks
1 (29 ounce) can tomatoes, mashed with juice
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (2 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper
flour, for dredging
Salt and pepper the steak, coat with flour, and then brown in skillet in olive oil on both sides.
After all the steak is browned, put in a medium size pot with lid.
Pour in the tomatoes you have crushed with the juice. Add all other ingredients, mix well. Add about 1/2 cup water and mix again.
Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 11/2 hours until tender.
Serve with rice.

PAN SEARED SIRLOIN STEAK WITH
SCALLIONS AND BURGUNDY WINE
2 sirloin steaks (10 oz. each)
3/4 c. veal stock
3/4 c. burgundy wine
1 shallot, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Season the steak. Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the steak to a platter. Add the shallots and deglaze with the wine. Reduce until almost 3 tablespoons and add the veal stock. Reduce again to almost 1/2 cup. Add the chopped scallions and adjust seasoning. Pour over the steak and serve immediately.
Just pan fry them. Start with a hot pan with a little oil and sear both sides of the meat, then reduce the heat, add some butter to the pan and cook both sides until done to liking. It's hard to give a time, but the whole process shouldn't take more than 8-10 minutes, unless the steaks are thin. They should still be good and pink on the inside. Season them with some salt and pepper, maybe some steak sauce.
