Any ideas on dinner tonight? Only ingredient that it must have is ground beef.?!
Answers: My husband says that he wants something with ground beef for dinner. He was very specific so I am not sure about what to make. Any ideas, preferably faster is better but not necessary.
Tacos or Burritos
Sheperd's Pie - cook the ground beef with onions, carrots, peas and/or corn. Top it with mashed potatoes and bake for 25-30 minutes.
No-Bake Beef Casserole - brown the ground beef, drain. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup, heat through. Mix in a can of corn. Add cooked whole wheat egg noodles and season to your own desired taste.

Tacos! =) And lasagna!
Tonight we are having homemade soup with veggies and ground beef.
Something else my mom fixes is:
Small hamburger patties, add cream of mushroom soup, Mushrooms if you like.
Serve with French cut green beans, corn and or mashed pototes (or stewed potatoes) cresent rolls.
Meatloaf might be my favorite use of ground beef. Add some stuffing and steamed veggies....yummy
Mostacciolli & meat sauce:
Brown 1 lb. of hamburger in a pot. Drain excess grease & put back in the pot. Add a jar of spaghetti sauce & heat thoroughly. Cook the mostacciolli and drain. Put it in a 9" x 13" baking dish & cover with the meat sauce. Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella cheese & bake in the oven @ 350o just long enough to melt the cheese. Serve with a salad & garlic bread, and a nice bottle of red wine (if you like wine).
