Is this recipe healthy?!


Question: Garlic Stuffed Sirloin Steak

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cloves of garlic; minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1 tbsp. Italian style breadcrumbs
2 lbs. Boneless Sirlion Steak, 1in. thick
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper


Directions:

Heat grill to medium. In a small saucepan heat garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat until hot but not browned. Remove from heat; stril in parsley, green onion, and breadcrumbs. Set aside.

With knife cut horizontally into, but not through steak to form a pocket. Fill pocket with parsley mixture. Brush steak with 1 tsp. olive oil, sprinkle w/ pepper.

Place steak on grill. Grill, covered, for 5-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Save a big piece for me. Medium rare please Sound delish. Actually anything with garlic appeals to me. I love cooking with garlic.
the oil will be for sure....maybe use a olive oil spray instead
