It will work, but you may want to adjust the spices and seasonings in the recipe, as the canned filling you have already contains them.
No, it's totally different. It's like canned fruit vs fresh fruit... different consistency and taste.
the pumpkin that you purchase in the can is mushed and so is the one that you cook yourself ,so it's okay to use the canned pumpkin to make the bread.

And the canned pumpkin doesn't contain spices so you must add some if you wish .
they are different. he pie filling has spices and the other doesn't
Pumpkin pie filling has spices in it to make pumpkin pie.
If you use it in place of plain pumpkin, you have to use less spices that are mentioned in the recipe.
Though if you don't do the spice adjustments, it will just be more spicey which may be good, also.
Pumpkin bread is so good, I haven't made it for a long time. When I get hungry for pumpkin I ususlly make pie using the plain pumpkin and using the recipe on the Libby pumpkin can.
When it calls for canned pumpkin, that is what you use.Otherwise it could throw of the texture of whats been made.

Yes. It's the same thing except alittle bit thicker and sweeter. You might want to loosen it with a bit of milk or water. But just a little bit. You should also try putting chocolate chips in it. It's very tasty! Hope this helps
