I think as long as you continue to use fresh vegetables, you can always expect to make a great pasta salad. I like to use chopped cucumbers, chopped zucchini, chopped yellow squash, chopped broccoli, chopped radishes, sliced fresh mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. Also, I like using a cucumber dressing instead of Italian for the sauce.
bow-tie pasta, olive oil, cubed ham, grated parmisan, quartered cherry tomatoes, and shredded basil all tossed cold. it's to die for and amazingly easy!!!
prosciutto ham, tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese.

tossed with linguine, white wine, butter, garlic and lemon
Any good home made dressing. I keep mine simple, just olive oil, lemon juice, herbas and salt and pepper. The simpler the better.
I make one with light Italian dressing, orzo pasta , artichoke hearts, asparagus, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and soft mozzarella
linguine, chopped ham, bacon bits, diced green & red peppers, diced olives black and green, diced sweet onion
Zesty Itilian salad dressing to coat, use salad surpreme spice
to your tasting!
I put genoa salami in mine. I love tons of fresh vegetables in it, like broccoli, black olives, grape tomatos, sweet peas, carrots...heres my recipe. Its a tweaked up version of a recipe I found on the kraft website. I submitted it on this website and it got 5 stars within about a week.Try it sometime

Different color pasta noodles - usually the orange, green and white. I always add in grape tomatoes, extra olive oil, black olives, my own blend of spices and Parmesan cheese. Sometimes bacon bits depending on the type of pasta salad, usually ranch style. Yummy!
