4 pork loin chops, in a roasting dish, cover with first onion, then thin slices of potato (raw) then add some oxo stock (beef) so that it covers it, then add butter to breadcrumbs (just grate about 3 slices of bread) so that it covers all the potato and put into oven (180 degrees) for an hour and half. Its sooo delish! serve with any fresh veg and apple stuffing
Go to hallmark.com click on nourish and then on recipe directory and you'll find a ton of delicious recipes; the salmon and the
chicken & noodles in curry sauce are two of my favorites. Quick and easy. Plus there's good feedback from people who have tried the recipes.
You will need for TexMex burritos: THE MOST VERSITILE MEAL IN THE WORLD and yummie too!

2 Cans Ranch Style Beans - can be substituted with black beans or pinto.

1 pkg of medium to large flour tortilla - can also use corn chips or taco shells if you like.

1 pkg of ground chicken, turkey, beef or chicken breast or thieghs chunked up in small pieces.

1 bell pepper - finely diced

1 onion - medium - finely diced

1 or 2 pkg of taco seasoning - if you use ranch style beans they are already seasoned so you won't need 2 pkg of seasoning, just one. With plain beans double up for flavor.

1 can of crushed tomatos - or you can chop fresh tomatos and leave them out on the side to add later.

Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper

Also if desired black olives, other cheeses and/or green chilies and hot sauce if you like spicier food.

In a skillet - electric or stove top - brown the FINELY chopped onion and bell pepper in a bit of butter - add some olive oil if you are using lean meat but then add the meat and taco seasoning to be browned - add cans of beans and tomatos and heat through then steam your tortillas and fill...sprinkle wiht cheese and sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. All ingrediants can be low fat or reduced calorie and as well you can substitute tortillas for low carb wraps. Is very yummy, quick, feeds about 4 or you can have left overs for the next day and its even okay served cold. Have a good dinner. Love in Christ, ~J~ P.S. leave out the meat and add another can of beans, one or two more bell peppers sliced instead of diced, and more tomatos and this makes a lovely veggitarian meal too!
Tonight, I am cooking salmon en papillote with coriander and lime rice (Tilda in a packet - just microwave) accompanied by cheesy topped tomatoes. For dessert, I am making ginger cream filled profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce.

For eight people - my wife's workmates.
