Answers: How about tacos.. they are easy to make and they are delicious! Or spaghetti with meatballs. Also, if you feel like working in the kitchen, make homemade pizza. Bon appétit! ;)
If you haven't made pasta sauce from scratch with *fresh*, not dried basil, you have to do yourself a favor and try it.
Ingredients:
- Minced garlic
- Fresh basil
- Italian Sausage
- Olive Oil
- Diced or stewed tomatoes
- Tomato sauce
- Pasta of your choice
In skillet, brown pieces of sausage (about 1-inch big), set aside. In skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic, and let it brown (careful, it will spatter some). Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sausage. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in fresh basil leaves, and cook for another 5 minutes covered. Put on pasta.
Fresh rosemary is also good to add to this.

How about black bean and rice tortillas. YUM
Shake N Bake chicken or pork chops. Mashed potatoes, corn and pie for dessert. What time? I'll be there.

EASY YOGURT CHICKEN WINGS
16 chicken wings
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 pint plain yogurt
1/2 cup water
1 inch ginger root, peeled and grated
Fold the tips in back of the chicken wings and place them in an ovenproof baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon mixture over the wings, taking care that each piece is coated.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with rice which has been steamed with raisins and slivered almonds.

I think you should get thin cut pork chops fry them in a little oil season them up and serve with cold apple sauce and macaroni and cheese. Yum, This is one of my fav. meals.
Might not be totally healthy but I guarantee it kills your sweet and salty craving!!!

I made some Thai Green Chicken Curry and Jasmin Rice, this will be followed by some roast fig with honey and cinnamon and vanilla ice. mmmm want some?
Chicken tacos
Boil the chicken with bullion cubes, shred.
Put a 1/4 teaspoon of oil with 1/2 chopped onion in skillet then add chicken and chopped tomatoes, simmer on low. Serve in hot fresh tortillas with whatever you like on you taco.
Turkey meatloaf (that's what I'm making). This is how I make it:
Ground turkey (1#)
1/2 c. oats
garlic powder (few shakes)
1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
small can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper (eyeball it)
mix all ingredients in a bowl
Form a loaf in a loaf pan or on a broiler pan that has slots in it so that fat drips through (if you are like me and don't like the extra fat). Make a mixture of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl. I don't measure this out (sorry!). Just taste it and when it is to your liking, then smear it all over the meatloaf. My guesstimation would be...1/3 ketchup, 1/4 mustard and 2 tbsp. brown sugar.
Try an enchilada layer bake.
1lb lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 cups chunky salsa
1 can (19 fl oz) black beans drained and rinsed
1/4c Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp chili powder
6 flour tortillas (9inch)
1/2c sour cream
1 cup tex mex shredded Cheese
Pre- heat oven to 400 f. Line a 13 x 9 baking dish with foil
with ends of foil extending over sides of dish; set aside.
Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Add salsa, beans, dressing and chilli powder; mix well.
Arrange 3 of the tortillas in single layer on bottom of prepared baking dish cover with layers of half each of the meat mixture, sour cream, and cheese. Repeat all layers.
Cover with foil.
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake an additional 10 minutes. or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting to serve. Serve with a Mexican salad and Ole.
Serves 8 but you can cut it in half or make two and freeze one.
You can also add mushrooms and green peppers for variety.
