Rinse them off, then lay them in a cookie sheet and put them in the oven. Mmmm!
Scoop the seeds out of the pumpkin and spread them out on a cookie sheet, ten toast them at a low temperature in the oven until they are crispy to your liking.
Just clean all the slime and pumpkin guts off them and put them on a baking sheet. Salt and bake on low heat until they are dry enough for you.
Wash them.

Pat them a little dry.

Spread them on a cookie sheet.

Spritz with olive oil and some salt.

Toss in an oven for a bit to toast them.
First, wash the seeds and remove all the stringy pulp from the pumpkin.

Next, blot the seeds with a paper towel to dry them.

Then, toss seeds in a bowl with a bit of vegetable oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of kosher salt, garlic powder and onion powder (that is to your liking. You can add chili powder if you like, too.)

Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Roast in a 350 degree oven until golden brown and toasted. Stir occasionally during roasting process.

Allow to cool. Enjoy!
rinse them then keep them in the sun outside for a while.
