This Recipe is delicious and below is a link to a lot of recipes for ground beef =)

Ground Beef with Noodles

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 can (14 1/2) beef broth
1 can (14 1/2) chopped tomatoes with juice
2 Cups water
1 T. chili powder
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. sweet paprika
2 Cups short tubular noodles such as ziti
1 Cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

In 5-quart Dutch oven or other large pot, brown ground beef with onions. Cook until meat is crumbly and onions are softened but not browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in garlic, beef broth, tomatoes, water, chili powder, oregano and paprika. Bring just to a boil and add noodles. Cook about 10 minutes longer.

Serve at once in large bowls. Sprinkle about one-fourth cup cheese over each serving.

Makes 4 servings.

I find if difficult to come up with uses for ground beef as well. Hope I helped a bit.
    My Favourite:

first brown thinly sliced bacon/onions then garlic, add a mix of finely chopped vegs like carrots, cellery etc. and stir well. A good dash of red wine and stock cubes, water and let it simmer on the lawest flame. Taste after approx. 40 min. (maybe adding some more pepper/salt and finally add some sour cream. Let simmer again till ready! Great with mashed potatoes... BON APPETIT!
with noodles mixed with peas, mushrooms, tomato sauce, garlic make a gravy serve as a casserole topped with mozzerella on top, bake until melted, brown
My friend makes this knockoff beef stroganoff with ground beef.

She sautees up about 1/2 an onion, about 1/2 a container of mushrooms. Then she adds 1 pack of hamburger and let's this brown. She seasons with salt and pepper. Then she adds 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. She let's this simmer for about 5 minutes. Once this is all done she add's about 1/2 container of sour cream. I think it needs more salt, but that's up to you. She pours this over egg noodles. It pretty good, the kids love it and she's done in less than a half hour.

One thing that I make is we called minced beef as a child. Sautee up 1/2 and onion, about 1/4 of a pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic, all diced. Season with salt and pepper. Once they are soft add 1 pack of ground beef. Let this brown up. Then add enough water to almost cover the ground beef and 1/4 c. of ketchup. Let this simmer down on low until the sauce gets thick, generally it takes about 20 minutes. I like to add a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf while the meat is simmering. You can serve it over rice or on a hamburger bun like sloppy joes.
    brown and drain ground beef.
saute onions, bell pepper, and garlic in the skillet, then add rotel tomatoes and stewed tomatoes. season with an all-purpose product like cajun seasoning, plus salt and pepper, worcestershire and half a beer. add meat back to skillet and simmer
boil a bag of pasta, such as rotini or egg noodles until al dente then drain.
put it all together in a casserole, top with cheese and bake 20 minutes on 350.
    Sloppy Joe Casserole

    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can sloppy joe sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 package sweet cornbread mix
    - Plus the ingredients needed to prepare the cornbread mix
    Shredded cheese

Brown the meat and drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce and mushrooms.

Pour meat mixture in an 8" square glass baking dish.

Prepare cornbread mix as directed. Pour on top of meat mixture.

Bake according to the directions on the cornbread mix. About 5 minutes before its done baking, top with your favorite kind of shredded cheese and then finish baking.

Its great served with corn on the side. My kids are 7, 5, & 3 and they absolutely love this meal! Plus its easy to make and very quick for a weeknight meal.

If you're feeding more than 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids, you'll want to double the recipe. My husband always goes back for seconds when I make this plus it makes a great leftover so you may want to double the recipe anyway.
