Answers: I need recipe's for low carb, low calorie, easy smoothie's and health shakes. Please nothing with 6 thousand things that go in. Keep it simple please!! Thanks!!

Low Calorie Breakfast Smoothies
Easy smoothies for anytime. Serving size is 2/3 c.
Ingredients
1 c. Plain whole-milk yogurt
2.5 c. Sliced strawberries (1 quart)
4 oz. Silken tofu
2 Packets Splenda (or more for taste)
8 Ice cubes
Preparation
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients, except ice cubes, on high until smooth.
2. Add cubes one at a time, using ice-crusher feature on blender; blend until smooth.
Cook's Notes
This recipe has been adapted to be semi-low carb, but you can substitute whole-milk yogurt for a lower in fat option and possibly a larger serving size and still keep the calories low.

Well, what I had was "500 Low Card Recipes, by Dana Carpender
No smoothies listed but other drinks, sounded good.
If you are low-card needy then this is a great book and has more recipes and hints than you may ever use. Gives you variety without the routine everyday things.
