Answers: Thanks in advance!
1-In the morning put 4-5 frozen(or thawed) chicken breasts in the pot. Add a packet of taco seasoning, large can tomato sc and some salsa or green peppers if you like.
Let this cook on low until you get home (or 8 hours) and then shred with 2 forks. This is fabulous on chicken tacos, enchiladas, quesedillas, burritos, tostadas. Yummy

2-Again, put 4-5 chicken breasts in the pot in the am. Add 2 cans of broccoli sp and a coupleof cans of water. Let this cook on low all day. when you get home add some frozen brocoli to the pot and let heat through. Mix together, adding another can of soup if needed. Serve over rice. You can also use the chedder broccoli soup and add some chedder at the end.

3-put a hunk of beef in the pot in the am. Add salt and pepper and a large can cr of mushroom soup & 1/2 can of water. Cook on low all day. When you get home shred the meat and add a couple of cans of mushrooms (or fresh). Heat through. When ready to serve mix in a small carton sour cream and server over noodles. Excellant beef stroganoff!

4-Put a pork butt in the pot with 2 cans green chilis, 2 cans diced tomatoes (w/green chili if you have them), 1 chopped onion, 2 cans broth (I like veggie) ir 1 can broth and one water. Let this cook on low all day. When you get home shred and serve with cheese and tortillas or over rice. Chili verde
Water and white rice.
One of my favorites and super easy is to do the following. Go get a beef or pork roast, cut and onion in half, and add a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Let that go all day, then take two forks and shred the roast and place on hamburger buns. You can do the same with poultry but take them out whole ( or try to as they tend to fall apart they are so tender).
yeah i do, my family loves this one.
4 lbs of country style pork ribs ( boneless)
1 large can of green enchilada sauce
1 small can of diced green jalapenos

this is super easy.
brown the ribs in a skillet before you put them in crock pot, then pour enchilada sauce and jalapenos over it. cook it all day till you ready for dinner.

make with spanish rice and maybe some pinto beans, serve with tortillas. kind of like carnitas. really easy and yummy
Yes!
My dad is always making this
Buy a pork/beef pot roast then take tomatoe juice, carrots, onions, celery and cook it all day until the meat gets nice and tender! Yum!
Peppercini Roast:

1 3-5 lb beef roast
1 packet au just mix
1-29oz jar peppercinis

Mix the au just according to package directions in slow cooker. Add beef roast. Top with entire jar of peppercinis, including liquid. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Allow to cool before slicing. Reserve some cooking liquid for flavor/rehydration if you're going to store it.

My grandmother serves this with rice and beans, but I've found that, shredded, it's great in enchiladas and tacos, too. I've made machaca with it. Sliced, it's great for sandwiches.
Apricot chicken... sounds icky but is a real pleaser!

My mum makes it all the time...

Basically you throw chicken (either legs or breast, chopped or whole) in with a bunch of your favorite veggies. Veggies that go well in chicken noodle soup work well here.

The sauce... No one who tastes it can figure out what it is... but it's apricot juice and french onion soup mix.

Miraculous served with rice.
I have a whole cookbook of slow cooker recipes! It's called The Gourmet Slow Cooker: Simple and Sophisticated Meals from Around the World, by Lynn Alley. It's a great book full of some really delicious-looking recipes! (I haven't tried that many of them yet.)
This is so easy it is absurd!

melt 1 tbsp of butter in crock pot (on 350)
Chop some onion, garlic, and celery (with leaves), and dump on top, stir.
After about 5 min, add a de-fatted pork shoulder roast.
Cover with water, add 1 tbsp salt and pepper and onion powder
cook covered for 5 hours.
add chopped carrots, cook 1- 2 more hours
add chopped potatoes if desired only 45 mins before you want it done, or they will fall apart.
Season to taste with chicken boullion (about 3 tablespoons)

We eat it with mashed potatoes instead of in the broth.
You can extract some broth and make gravy too.

The whole thing takes about 6-8 hours but you can cook it much longer since carrots don't mush! The bone falls out of the meat, it is sooooo good!
