Can anyone give me a really best creamy soup and a non-salted fried rice recipe, I want to care about my dad's health because he does anything for me, and for my mom too!

I'm glad you are thinking about your dad's health. I don't have a recipe for a creamy soup but I have diabetes and know what it is like to not put salt. I make a tasty "cocido" - vegatable soup that is healthy and delicious.
Get some stew meat and cook in a large pot with water that has pepper, oregano, and some of the no-salt seasoning. Add some diced garlic and a touch of cilantro. All these will make up for not having salt. Add some sliced cabbage to the meat from the start, plenty of it. Add, diced carrots, diced green beans, a can of whole corn, and some Mexican or italian flavored stewed tomatoes (all these you can buy in cans without salt) and add some diced potatoes and diced italian squash. I know it sounds like a lot, but believe me it's good and your dad will love it.
As for fried rice - if it is spanish rice - toast your rice in olive oil. Add a mixture of chicken broth and a packet of goya seasoning. Stir add some no-salt seasoing, a touch of garlic powder and pepper. steam and there it is.
If you want oriental fried rice - toast your rice in olive oil, add chicken broth, add a scrabbled egg, finely grated carrots, peas and some shredded chicken. You can also add bits of brocolli. Add the seasonings from above.

I love vegetable soup with ground beef. You get a little meat with lots of veggies.
I brown the ground beef (the leaner the beef the more healthy, you can also use ground turkey for even lower fat.)
In a large pot (dutch oven) put your veggies. The soup I made this week I put
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of garlic tomatoe sauce (optional)
1 can of pork n beans
1 can of early june peas (or any english peas)
1 can of corn
You can add any can or frozen veggies.
Frozen and can mixed vegetables work to.
We had pimento cheese sandwiches with our soup.
Something else that is pretty easy to fix is baked chicken.
I put a whole chicken in a roasting pan and cook at 350 for 1 to 2 hours.
You can add potatoes in the roasting pan if you like baked potatoes.
Then we have French cut green beans, corn, and mashed or baked potatoes, crescent rolls.

CREAMY POTATO SOUP
10 med. potatoes, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 lg. onion (quartered and thinly sliced)
4 to 6 slices bacon (fried and cut up)
2 c. hot milk
1/4 stick butter
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Thyme (to taste, use only ground - no flakes)
Celery salt to taste
Diced celery (optional)
Place diced potatoes in pot; add only enough cold water to cover; cook on low until soft; remove from heat but do not drain. Fry bacon; drain but retain drippings. Saute onion (and celery) in butter; add cut up bacon, seasonings (and strained bacon drippings for flavor if desired); simmer. (To retain creamy white soup color, do not let mixture turn brown or burn). Slightly mash cooked potatoes; add onion mixture; combine milk with soup then add to potatoes. Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour or until soup is mushy and potatoes are soft. Stir often. (Sprinkle with flour if too thin; add more milk if too thick). Serve with hard bread.
FRIED RICE
4 cups boiled rice
3 tablespoons olive or peanut oil
1 tablespoon dry green (or other) onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh)
2 tablespoons dried mushrooms
2 dried whole eggs, rehydrate
1 tablespoon soy sauce
shredded canned ham, pork or chopped shrimp (optional)
Sauté rice in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green onions and mushrooms and meat, if using. Cook for several minutes. Combine rehydrate eggs with soy sauce and stir into pan. Cook until eggs set.
Sauté means fry something lightly: to cook food quickly and lightly in a little butter, oil, or fat

That's so nice of you. Now my recipes do call for salt, but not a lot.
Cream of roasted veggie soup. The beauty of this soup is that you can do almost anything with it once you have the basics down.
I always make mine in a deep frying pan, but you can make it in whatever. Sautee up 1 medium onion and 2 cloves of garlic that you have diced (the garlic smaller than the onion). Sautee this on low just until the onion is transluscent. Add about 1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper to these. Once this is done add 3 tbsp. each unsalted butter and flour and let it cook for about 3 - 4 minutes. Then add 2 boxes of vegetable stock. Then add 1 sprig of fresh thyme and 1 bay leaf. Let this simmer on low for about 1 hour or until it becomes the thickness of a thick gravy.
As for your veggies you can use anything that you like. You can use a mixture, like corn and potaotes. Or something individual like tomatoes or asparagus. Anything you like. Just roast them in the oven on a non stick foil paper with a little olive oil, S&P. You could also add in a box of drained spinach.
Take 1/2 of your roasted veggies and add it to the soup and blend it up. You can put it in the blender or if you have a hand blender this works a little easier so you don't have to dirty another pot. Make sure the mixture is smooth. Turn off the stove. Once you are done add 1 can of evaporated milk keep it off the heat at this point. I generally use 2%, but you can use any type you like.
It's really good. Taste for seasoning, you might need to add a little bit more salt and pepper.
The key to the fried rice recipe is to really infuse the rice with a lot of flavor. Cook 1 box of chicken or vegetable stock with a piece of fresh ginger and 2 cloves of garlic. You don't have to cut them up at all, just break them so all of the essential flavors come out in the stock. Let this stock cool and fish out the garlic and ginger. Then make your rice with this instead of water, follow the directions on the box.
Then sautee up one small diced onion in about 1 tsp. of olive oil. After they become soft add some frozen peas and carrots. If you like, next add some bean sprouts. Add another 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Then add your rice with about 1/4 c. of low sodium soy sauce and about 1 tbsp. of sesame oil. Cook on a high heat while stirring contstantly unil all of the liquids are absorbed.
Because you are a beginning cook I would suggest cooking any meat, seafood, egg or tofu that you are going to add separately.
