Does anyone have a recipe for a cake that could use the Nestle Nesquick powder instead of regular baking cocoa!

Question: I have to make a cake with no milk and can only find recipes that call for cocoa and can't get to the store right now. Can I substitute the nesquick powder for the cocoa?

No. Nesquick powder is only about 10% cocoa and contains sugar. You can substitute melted dark chocolate chips (at a ration of 1.5 to 1 chocolate chips to baking chocolate) for baking chocolate squares.
this is the only one i could find
with out milk

I have made this fruit cake out of my head, so one can say it is my own recipe?

Clara's Microwave Fruit Cake;

3+1/2 cups of self raising flower
1+1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of dried fruit (soaked over night)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of Nestle Nesquick powder.
2 table spoons of fine instant coffee powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sunflower oil.
2 table spoons of margarine
1 tea spoon of rum or brandy essence
enough milk to make a runny paste out of the ingredients. (2 cups or more.)

Mix dry ingredients together but leave the fruit for last.
Mix in the liquid ingredients and lastly fold the fruit in to the batter.
Bake in microwave until the edge of the cake pulls away from the sides of the dish.
At maximum strength usually not more than 4.5 minutes.
Rather test the cake with a toothpick than overcook.
Microwave baked cakes can go back in the microwave without damage if not baked through.

Ice and decorate with chocolate vermicelli and glazed cherries when cooled down.
