Does any one have a good recipe for breakfast that is low on carbs and healthy?!

Question: I love food!!! But I'm also on a diet! Breakfast is one of my favorite meals...and I need something healthy. Does any one have any recipies...and if so can you please give them to me!

Fresh fruit topped with yogurt (I like vanilla yogurt w/ cinnamon in it as well)
Scrambled eggs with some steamed or sauteed veggies (high in protien)
Low carb granola with yogurt (also high in protein)
If you have a high protein breakfast then you'll feel fuller and more satisified the rest of the day. Its also better to have a big breakfast and then small meals for the rest of the day.
Basically what I'm planning on having for breakfast tomorrow,

Omelette made with ham, a little cheese, and whatever random veggies I have around. Yum.

Or if the omelette is too hard to attempt-they aren't easy to shape- just scrambled eggs.
Well I live low-carb and for breakfast I either have a protein pancake or 3/4 of a pound of meat(grass-fed bison or grass-fed beef or ostrich or elk)
The Protein Pancake consists of:
A whole carton of eggwhites
Rice Bran
**Mix those 2 together & cook it like a pancake: and top with some sugar free maple syrup: YUMM!
apart from the good suggestions that are mentioned above, what I can add is:

- avoid processed food of any type, do your own yogurt (if you click on my blog link you can read how to make it) - you'll be surprised to know that a lot of processed food contains starch and flour (= sugar)
- buy your seasonal fresh fruit and veg from a local producer. always ask your vendor how the hens are fed as eggs may have more or less fat content depending on that. If the hen has been fed with good grains, its eggs will be richer in omega 3 as opposed to the high omega 6 content of eggs which have been extensively produced (battery).
