Is there any one food that you serve nearly every meal?!

Question: Mine would be potatoes, prepared in various ways/recipes - baked, mashed, boiled, fried, hash browns, french fries, potatoe puffs, etc. Also, some form of bread - rolls, biscuits, french, garlic, etc.

I know it sounds Odd, But my husband & daughter will eat Macaronni & Cheese with every meal. I go through about 8 or 9 boxes a week. That is a side that is always made, even with stuff that normal people would not eat it with, Like last night, Spagetti & Mac & Cheese. They are Odd but who cares I don't have to eat it.
potatoes
rice and salad
Always potatoes and some sort of meat.
Salad starts every dinner.
Beans - refried or whole. Beans are a staple for Mexicans, if there isn't beans the meal is not complete. However, I do vary my beans. When I fry them, I add milk and monterey jack w/Jalpenos and when I serve them whole, I cook the pot with a pound of bacon, some chopped tomatoes, white onions and cilantro. I always need to add more flavor than just regular beans.
Does wine count?

OK, really though it would be a vegetable. Every plate needs something green on it.
Bread sticks or biscuits. I usually make cheese and garlic biscuits or garlic and butter biscuits. I serve noodles with almost every meal too. Usually as spaghetti, Fettuccine, linguine or garlic and herb noodles. Yummy!
potatos
meat
I'm from the south so "rice" is what we eat with almost every meal. We even eat it for breakfast at times with eggs & sausages.
tossed salad
