Eat it (at room temperature) spread on celery sticks. (yumm)
I like to melt it on top of a grilled steak with some chopped garlic and mushrooms
Brie wrapped in pastry and baked until it has thoroughly melted inside is one of the world's easiest yet tastiest appetizers. In this recipe the brie is topped with raspberry jam, surrounded with pastry and drizzled with maple syrup.

Can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.

1 large sheet of puff pastry dough or 1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 round or wedge of Brie cheese
Raspberry Jam, or other sweet jam
Brown sugar
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 On a stick-free cookie sheet, lay out the puff pastry or the crescent rolls flat; put brie round or wedge on top.

2 Spread jam on brie, fold dough over top. Drizzle maple syrup and place a handful of brown sugar on top.

3 Bake at 350o for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with crackers and apple slices.

enjoy.
I had an amazing sandwich the other day.

It had a grilled portobello mushroom, melted brie, sundried tomatoes, spinach, and something that was like really thin onion rings. There must have been some mayonnaise or some sauce on it, too. That was all on toasted sourdough. It was delicious.
Remember, don't put it in the fridge, Brie needs to breath and must be kept at room temp. Then just eat it mmmm!
Serve it with crackers and wine. Summer time is not a good time to buy Brie because it is too soft. I love Brie.
I think it's too expensive to use in a recipie.
Bring it to room temperature and put it on a tray with gourmet crackers and fruit. Serve with a dry white wine, like a Riesling. That is the only way I like Brie. It is too soft to stand up to heat in recipies, IMO.
It is also good as a spread, on a very crust bread.
Throw it on a medium well cooked steak with carmelized onions - yum-dilly-icious!
eat with crackers
melt it into some mash
i love it on crackers. mmmmm, that' such a good cheese! i know it's simple, but truely classic. lol!
bake it in oven, eat with celery.. Mouthwatering!

crumble it over a jacket potato and melt in oven they taste great
Wow! There are some really good recipes here! I'll add a few more.
Get a round of sour dough bread. Cut the top off and hollow it out. Not too much. Coat the inside with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some chopped garlic (if you like garlic) Then drop a small round of Brie in the loaf and put a little more oil on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the Brie is slightly bubbling on top and melted. This makes a great dip!
A Brie omelette is wonderful too! Just make your eggs the way you do when making an omelette and lay in strips of Brie and some dried herbs. Fold over and let the Brie melt for a bit. Yum!!!! This omelette is GREAT for a hangover!
Enjoy!
it is ok spread on hot English muffins in the morning, although Boursault is bettter
Warm a baguette.
Fry best bacon.
Add warm Brie.

cut it inti the shape of fish fingers ,dust with flour dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs mixed with a little crushed semolina and deep fry ,serve with a sweet chilly dip and salad
Make a simple risotto with leeks and when it is ready put sliced brie on top and let it melt. Delicious.
