I put a little salt in the water that I boil the potatoes in. When the potatoes are done, drain the water, add a nice chunk of butter and parsley. Not sure if that's the right way, but it works for me.
You mean Parsley Potatoes?
For that, you boil the red potatoes. Drain them.
Melt butter in the microwave.
Add parsley to the butter & pour over the potatoes.
Yummmmmm!
I have never HEARD of "Parley Potatoes"... do you possibly mean "PARSLEY potatoes"?
It is really just to make them eye appealing not much flavor, we eat with our eyes you know.
I do like the others say here, boil your red potatoes and when they are done toss with parsley and butter. I think it's better to use real butter and not margerine, but to each his own. Anyway, I also throw in some snipped chives as well.
I would add heavy cream, lots of real good cold butter, salt and if you want some garlic.
lol... i never knew people actually called them parsley potatoes ... I just sprinkle parsley flakes into my mashed or roasted potatoes. ( adding butter, garlic , a little salt and pepper to both , milk in the mashed ) and thats it ... done !!
